細囡吃東西很怕辣,但又愛吃麻婆豆腐,終於找到這個醬,做豆腐之餘又可炒粒粒,惹味之至,呀囡食得好開心囉。猪肉碎100g蝦米兩湯匙小洋葱一個炸菜條一包四季豆一杯甘口(不辣)麻婆醬一包蒜蓉一湯匙1 蝦米浸軟,小洋葱切碎,四季豆切一吋長,熱水先煮一分半鐘。2 燒熱鑊,放少許油爆香蝦米、蒜及肉碎炒透,再放入洋葱、炸菜絲及四季豆,最後加入麻婆醬炒至醬汁剛收乾即成。

I just made "ma po tofu" yesterday, but spicy one for Brian's collegues! He think it's not spicy enough and add another spoon of "Gulin's chili sauce" on top! hahaha!!!
