有網友問牛媽焗的角仔,但牛媽祗懂炸,未試過焗,今次用了部份試焗,又得喎,但硬了些少,在油方面加多些少可能鬆化些少。
材料:麵粉150g固體油50g糖50g蛋1隻水3湯匙餡料:炒香花生碎40g芝蔴40g椰絲20g糖50g
1-將材料搓成一麵糰,用保鮮紙包著醒10分鐘,趕成薄片,用模印出圓塊,包上餡料,收口。2-燒熱油,慢火炸熟即成。
若用焗的方法預熱焗爐175-180℃,焗15-20分鐘(視乎各焗爐溫度而定)
