蕃茄牛肉炒蛋



這兩天超市有雪花肥牛大特價,CD3.99一磅,炒牛肉方便又好食,甜甜酸酸的,很開胃。


材料:
大蕃茄兩個
雞蛋兩隻
牛肉半磅
葱段少許

1)牛肉切薄片,略醃,蕃茄切塊,雞蛋打散煎成蛋角。
2)牛肉炒至半熟盛起,下蕃茄炒至軟身,下水半杯,糖一茶匙,鹽半茶匙,牛肉放面,加蓋煮兩分鐘,放入雞蛋及葱段拌勺匀即成。

    We have problem buying food at the supermarket here. The staff will not sell you for only 1 lb of beef, they need you to buy the whole piece which might be over 5 or 6 lbs. You have to buy the vegetable stored in the plastic bags. For a single old man like me, it is hard to do food shopping in L.A.
