十月第二個星期一是加拿大的感恩節(Thanksgiving day)，西方人習俗牛媽也來揍熱鬧，仔仔女女話想食火雞， 於是來個火雞餐，原本晚上七時入席，但细女做功課要睇電睇節一套上演一天的電影，於是决定延遲至九時半用餐，以往多數在街外吃，差不多有八年沒有焗火雞，好在沒有失準，嘻嘻，味道都可以。
這個就是中西合壁，糯米栗子釀火雞啦！
薯蓉及焗釀磨菇。
配菜有黃色椰菜及荷豆。
由於有肉，加個煙三文魚大蝦蘋果沙律，這個很快吃清光。
當然有南瓜食品啦，西方南瓜北批太甜，決定改做蟹肉南瓜凍湯。
另外還有法國長包做的香草蒜蓉包，六個young boys and girls陪牛媽喜喜哈哈的吃到十一時多，真係火雞當宵夜囉！！
嘩...好豐富ge晚餐呀!! 樣樣我都鍾意食呢 樣樣賣相都好靚呀!! 好想食埋一份呢
回覆刪除wow, that's look good... i missed having turkey too... my mother-in-law will cook it once a year... but we usually go to her big family gathering, therefore the turkey we had is usually cut already, haven't seen the whole one for a long time!!! People says eating turkey make us sleepy!
