Homemade 英式下午茶

 
有次在 The Fairmont 下午茶，在旁邊小店買了一本書，是介紹英國下午茶的歷史及簡單食譜，下午即興便做些小食 tea 一 tea 啦！

Egg Salad Sandwich.

Ingredient:
2 Hard Boiled eggs (peeled and chopped)
1/2  Green onion (diced)
2 tsp.butter
1 tbsp mayonnaise
2 slices Multigrain bread
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix the above ingredients together. Add seasoning and put egg mixture onto the top of bread to serve.

Smoked Salmon  Sandwich
